2020 Share The Love Sponsorship Form

Saturday, March 21 | Thank you in advance for consideration of supporting our 6th Annual Share The Love Dinner and Auction event scheduled for March 21, 2020. Our goal is to raise at least $30,000 to fund our Mega Kids Camp for kids and other local, national and global outreach efforts at River Oaks Community Church. The evening consists of an enjoyable dining experience, including a scrumptious meal, entertainment and quality auction items in our live and online auctions.

This event is our only fundraiser and all proceeds go directly to support the various missions our church is a part of - locally by supporting Candle Wishes, Kids Helping Kids & Stepping Stones; nationally by sending our youth to summer mission camps here in the U.S; and globally by sending a team to the Dominican Republic. The largest portion goes to funding our Mega Kids Camp - our annual 3-night summer camp hosts over 500 campers and 300 volunteers. Boys and Girls from all over Rutherford County are invited to sign up and participate. We in addition to several sport tracks, this year kids will be able to choose arts & science tracks as well. Throughout this 3-day event, children are introduced to God’s word and His love - which is our greatest mission.

In order to reach our goal, we are seeking support through sponsorships from local businesses. We have 3 levels of sponsorship - Gold, Silver and Bronze. We share our appreciation of our sponsors by advertising your business through our event marketing, before, during and after our event; as well as placing your logo/name on the backs of the summer camp t-shirts, which are given out to over 800 volunteers and campers. We will also advertise your support through our website and social media outlets.
Please complete this form and submit your payment by March 10th, 2020. If you would like to attend the event, please RSVP by March 1, 2020. All un-reserved seats will be sold to event guests beginning Sunday, March 1, 2020. If you would like to purchase additional tickets, they are $20.00 each.  A Tax Exempt form is available upon request.

Gold Level Sponsorship: $1,000.00

● You may reserve up to 8 seats at the Share The Love event
Silver Level Sponsorship: $500.00
● Your business will be recognized on all event marketing - before, during and after the event
● Your business name will be printed on over 800 Mega Sports Camp T-shirts
● You may reserve up to 4 seats at the Share The Love event
Bronze Level Sponsorship: $250.00
● Your business will be recognized on all event marketing - before, during and after the event
● You may reserve up to 2 seats at the Share The Love event
